Day 1
On day one we initially planned to film but we ended up really just 'trail running' through scenes planned for that day and later days. As we started filming I found I was constantly asking my actors to repeat the lines as I tried the scene in different ways.
We tried out shooting scenes from different angles to see which boasts a more pleasing on the eye when watched. Some angles proved unsuccessful due to a number of different things including low light, too much light, rooms lacking anything particually intruging or didn't seem appropriate for the scene, an actor wearing the same coloured clothing as the background, I found a lot of time went to waiting for the sun to go as it was too light and distored the visual on the camera. But from these problems I learnt the faults of my film-making that I will avoid when making my trailer.
